HALF-DAY VISIT TO LOCAL SOCIAL ENTERPRISES
On November 15, 2009 (9:00am - 12:30pm)
A half-day visit to 4 local social enterprises as four options will be organized by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Social Enterprise Ltd., on November 15, 2009. The objectives are to enable overseas experts and local participants of Social Enterprise Summit 2009 having in-depth understanding of local social enterprises. Overseas experts will also be arranged to meet with the officers of the social enterprises to exchange knowledge and share experience on the ways in improving the sustainability of the institutions.
Assembly time and place will be at 9:00 a.m. in lobby of HKCSS, 15 Hennessy Rd. Wanchai (Conference Venue). Each SE route could take 25 participants, but priority will be given to non-local Summit delegates. Staff of the 4 SEs will take coach with the delegates to the respective sites and the visit would end before lunch time, at about 12:30 p.m.

- Hong Kong Down’s Syndrome Association Serene Club, in Kowloon

- YMCA of Hong Kong Green Organic Farm, in Tung Chung

- Noah’s Ark, in Ma Wan - in this visit, participants have to pay $100 for admission to Noah’s Ark. Admission fee will not be covered by the organizer.

本地社企參訪 – 2009年11月15日 (星期日) 9:00am - 12:30pm
香港社會企業總商會將為「2009社企民間高峰會」參加者提供半天的社企機構參訪活動，除了讓海外與會者及專家能對本地社企有更深入的認識，本地人士亦可了解社企的日常運作。參訪活動將特別安排海外專家分別和以下四間參訪的社企負責人以“社企可持續發展”的議題進行座談和經驗分享。
參與人數每個社企名額約25個，非本地與會代表優先考慮。
集合時間和地點：上午9:00在社聯大堂集合 - 灣仔軒尼詩道15號(會議地點), 界時大會安排參加者乘坐專車到參觀地點, 回程需自理。請即登入社企高峰會網上登記報名。
